Honesty is very important for me, especially when I have money to pay out. Gareth gave me a quote which I was happy to pay, and he never pretended that he could make my carpets look brand new again. He explained that a couple of marks he could improve but not rid them totally.
He was polite and respectful at all times and worked really hard. A genuine tradesman who did a very good job for a fair price.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS COMPANY.
